Unit types
Air Sentry® Fixed and Mobile air cleaning systems.
Rooms using our system normally meet the clean room standard ISO level 6 and in some areas we have recorded units achieving ISO level 5.
1. Air Sentry® Fixed systems
Core module is a duct capable fixed wall system using our unique H.E.P.A 14 / Defence Grade Active Carbon plus pre filters.
Core module is a duct capable fixed wall system using our unique H.E.P.A 14 / Defence Grade Active Carbon plus pre filters.
System can operate as a stand alone recirculation system or be connected with external flows for negative, positive pressure and temperature / humidity management.
Supply requirements are 230v 3A and the system can operate without a duct.
The filter filters to to 0.1um, due to the activated carbon, and each filter is individually certificated at 0.3um to EN14644 part 3.
Each unit is potentially bespoke – for air change calculations a standard unit flows 1960m3 per hour however we can increase this significantly with our fixed system due to the modular design.
The maximal theoretical design of a single unit with maximum modules in a 3m space could be 23,530m3 per hour, assuming suitable duct work was available. In practice our standard unit is sufficient for most room areas.
Please remember when designing that we are using near sterile air. At 0.3um the particle count of our exiting air is less than 0.0002%, there are no viruses, no bacteria and no spores in this air.
Normal room dilution relies on G4 filtered air which makes the efficiency of our dilution approach significantly better.
To achieve an equivalent level of dilution using an existing system would require around 80 actual air changes an hour.

2. Air Sentry® mobile systems
Core module is a duct capable mobile system using our unique H.E.P.A 14 / Defence Grade Active Carbon plus pre filters.

When instigated as a fixed/mobile system this allows for ease of servicing. This can be critical for some smaller OR areas where down time means loss of revenue. Often a single days up time can equate to the full purchase cost and annual running of the system, meaning our clients with busy OR’s are subsequently gaining revenue against other approaches.
Supply requirements are 230v 3A and the system primarily operates without a duct.

The maximal theoretical design of a single unit with maximum modules in a 3m space could be 7,640m3 per hour, assuming suitable duct work was available. In practice our standard unit is sufficient for most room areas.
